Caring for YOU
Watering Our Positive Seeds
As busy educators and/or caregivers it is important to take time to care for and nurture ourselves. This starts with providing ourselves with the same compassion and care we extend to others. Taking time for ourselves can be done in many ways and the only requirement is that it needs to work for you. The compassion and care that you extend to yourself will support you in coming back to balance so that you can continue doing the work of your heart.

Impermanence Chant-Heather Martin
"All things are impermanent.
They arise and they pass away.
To be in harmony with this truth,
brings great happiness."
